2. Returns

Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including:
    Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items

3. Process for Returning Items

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@gleara.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive a shipping label. Please package your item securely and affix the return shipping label.

Inspection and Approval: After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

4. Refunds

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@gleara.com.

Exchange Process: To exchange an item, send us an email with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.

6. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Shipping: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, you may be required to cover the shipping costs.
