Terms of Service for Gleara Skincare Products
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy:
Shipping Policy
We attempt to process every order and ship it within 24-48 hours. Your order should get delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location in India.
Delivery may take longer due to weekends, festivals & public holidays, delays on behalf of courier partners, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a Minimum order amount of INR 2000, which is notified from time to time.
We don’t offer Cash-On-Delivery. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
Return and Refund Policy
The products can be exchanged or returned within 2 days post-delivery. The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Product is used or altered by customer
- If request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery
- Refund requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team.
Procedure for exchange/return/refund:-
Wrong Item Delivered:
Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery at Email – [email protected] with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID
Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 – On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 – As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).
Item Damaged
Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery at Email – [email protected] with the pictures of the damaged item delivered and your order ID
Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 – On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the damaged product delivered to you.
Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 – As soon as the damaged product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).
How are returns processed?
· Once you request to return a product, a pickup is organised for the item.
· Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received.
· This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team.
· Once the product passes the quality control, an exchange or refund is initiated.
Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed, & shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
You can get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number to raise a cancellation request.
Cancellation duration takes typically one day after confirming cancellation by Email – [email protected]
Refund Policy
In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the products returned are verified by us.
Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery – The amount will be transferred to the Paytm account or bank account as per your preference and details shared with us.
Refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.
